Delete your account
LedgerBeaver account holders can start deletion without contacting support. The request includes data associated with the account, subject to financial record-retention and legal-hold requirements.
From the mobile app
- Sign in to LedgerBeaver.
- Open More, then select Delete account.
- Review blockers, confirm your export, and verify the code sent to your account email.
- Schedule deletion for your user account or, if you are the owner, the entire workspace.
From the web app
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review blockers, confirm your export, and re-enter your password.
- Schedule deletion for your user account or workspace.
What happens next
- Your sessions are revoked and the request enters a 30-day recovery window.
- You can sign in during that window and cancel the request.
- After the recovery window, eligible account data is permanently deleted.
- Records that law requires us to retain remain protected and are deleted when the retention period ends.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include "Account deletion" in the subject. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
