How much time do you need?
Available time

A few things worth knowing.

Does the AI move my money?
No. LedgerBeaver prepares payment work; your bank completes transfers. Every ledger posting needs human approval.
What happens after 90 days?
Choose a paid plan or continue on Free with read-only bills, invoices, and ledger, plus free exports. AI connections require a paid plan after the trial. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically charge you.
Which AI can I connect?
Bring a compatible MCP client. Named client versions need a recorded compatibility check before they are treated as verified. Your provider’s subscription and usage limits remain separate. Check compatibility and connect your AI.
Can I bring my existing books?
Import and reconcile first, then choose a cutover date before LedgerBeaver becomes your accounting system of record. This is a deliberate migration, not continuous QuickBooks sync.
Where can I review security and connection readiness?
LedgerBeaver is working toward SOC 2 readiness through documented security controls and evidence collection. An independent SOC 2 examination has not yet been completed. Plaid production access is approved: connect supported bank accounts to import transactions for reconciliation. Payment-provider connections require separate activation and customer controls. Read the current data and control commitments.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Export core contacts, bills, invoices, and ledger data to CSV anytime. Export is free on every plan.

Put your AI to work. Keep the final say.
